Speaking of bowl Carving... I took the day off work last Tuesday and Allison and I took our boys, and our neighbor Wyatt up to Appalachian ski area to snowboard for their first time. This picture was taken in the rental office before we hit the slopes. See the look of anticipation and excitement on their faces? All three boys picked up the art of snowboarding really quickly. It only took about ten trips down the bunny hill before we took the trip up the lift to the top. By the end of the day all of the boys could make it down without falling.
Wednesday morning everyone was sore and didn't want to go to school. However when asked if they wanted to go back to the ski slope instead of school they were more than ready!! They went to school. We will be carving bowls in the mountains more often! Sweet.
